I manage to beat Gigantuar with Edgar, Celes, Sabin and Setzer Ed with a Dragoon set-up Celes with Ultima Weapon and Sniper Eye Sabin and Setzer with 2 Earrings. The Cactuar Magicite is held by the Gigantuar, an enormous member of the species that live in the desert near Maranda. As detailed in the description; "Start the battle in the Guerilla Paradigm with Serah as the party leader. No idea how they will come in GL. Crime: Attacks upon the Horde; "Bein' ugly". You might also encounter a Gigantuar (a bigger Cactuar), and this may drop a Cactuar Seed, which you can use to barter for a Cactuar Mace (not a great weapon). - Also, this needs to be in Sunny weather (both sticks down). Cactuar is an esper in the Advance and the now-discontinued 2014 mobile/Steam versions of Final Fantasy VI who can be acquired as a magicite. This thing keeps hitting me with 10k damage, and I have to paradigm shift to restore health; and I don't get 5 stars because I don't kill it fast enough.
